關於什麽時候寄出申請

在移民局網站上看到這個

"Fee Increase Information:
Effective July 30, 2007, the fee for this application will change. All applications postmarked on or after July 30 must be accompanied by the new fee amount."

那麽就是說,要想不多交錢,最晚是7/28 (禮拜六)寄出.

因為之前看舊貼有人說是要"7月30日收到",所以看到這個,趕緊上來告訴一聲.
(俺是後輩新人啊,如果多此一舉了,大家不要笑話哦^^)
