如果140 和485同時遞交，會同時處理麽？還是485 要等到140批準之後才能開始處理？連name check 也要等到140批準麽？

本來是有一個140已經批準了的，後來又重新遞交了eb1a的140 和485， 又不能relink，是麽？謝謝！
