PO Box as well as APO are only accessible by USPS.

Other carriers normally do not accept packages addressed so, however in case such packages have been slipped into the system, what happens is that the package will be holding at the nearby station of destination and a notice will be mailed to the addressee's PO Box. In case the package is not claimed within specific period, it is returned to shipper.
