two I-485

Filed I-485 as dependent late 2006. I-140 approved March'07, EB3 schedule A.

Now consider to file new I-485 as principal. Eb2, perm done, I-140 pending 1 year.

Still struggle whether I should go ahead. My lawyer "personally do not recommend doing so".

Sigh...
