回複：中國各類簽證第一次簽證入境美國有183天的免稅

如果在高校工作可以免稅三年，這與H1/J1無關。如果是曾經來美國探親一年（沒有工作），這免稅時間就要減少一年，如果你是由在美國畢業後工作，你的時間一般超過三年，無法獲得免稅。
