xcw0916. Do you have a very common name? Was you ever messed up with the police? If no to these two questions, I do not understand why your name is stuck in check for so long while others got cleared in few months? Did you do anything about NC in the past 2-3 years while you were waiting? In any case, wish you good luck in the near future.
