白兔大俠等，實在等得心焦，又和議員秘書糾纏了一統，秘書電話聯係Service Center轉告知，我的案子"has been sent to the final review IO,but he doesn't know when the final IO will make the decision".難道還要review my case again by the final IO？這個final IO做些啥呢？我都等卡等昏了。I am still not sure whether my case has been reviewed or not, because I haven't gotten any RFE or updates.

PS. NC and 2nd FP were done more than 5 months.
