Hi, Xiao baitu: I ed I-485 (EB-1b approved in Feb. 2005) before October 1, 2005 and still stuck on the FBI name check. Do you think it is time for WOM? By the way, what is the law by which we could sue USCIS if I do by myself? Give me some detail please if it is possible. Thank you very much.
