WOM. For those who faces MTD for using "approval" in your origin

Using Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 15, you can amend your original complaint's "approval" to "adjudication" if AUSA use that to dismiss your case. File the amendment before the court grant AUSA's MTD, which can avoid your case dismissed. Hope it helps.
