I485 Approval and Processing Time

It looks like all the current 485 approvals are mostly NIW, and all RD of Aug. or Sept. 2005. I could see few EB3 approvals but RD of 2002.

The processing time of the centers are all Sept. 2006 or later. It shouldn't mean that they are processing case on or after the processing time. How come they still process case a lot early???
