Back from infopass 10 minutes ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The officer was rude, as expected.

Put in my I485 receipt number, told me that the USCIS got the biometrics which was done May 15, 2007.

No info. about name check, that means, he couldn't tell if I am under name check or not, or name check cleared or not.

My info. NIW 140& 485 filed together on Aug. 2005 to Vermont Ctr
Transfered to Texas with many of you guys on March 15, no any update after finger prints.

Can anybody tell me, why I cannot get info. about if I am under name check or not.
