My lawyer is preparing my NIW I-140 right now, could be file at next month. Can I file I-485 by myself?

If can, do I need to send to my lawyer and let lawyer send I-140 and I-485 together?

Or, I can send to NSC directly?
- Yes, but when you have I-140 receipt
