if there is no retro, 485 processing time for eb is similar to fb.
cis is aiming at 6 month goal for all cases.

after Oct, 2007, eb2 might be retrogressed to earlier than your pd, but i don't think it would last long, so you won't be affected by it significantly. Amyway, it's not likely that your case would be processed earlier than October.
