急問: 我爸中風在 Intensive Care Center

我爸媽去年9月來美國探親. 我姐姐今年在他們簽證到期前申請了延期, 但是隻收到了RECEIPT,至今仍沒有收到延期批準. 我姐姐今年4月底拿到公民 後就為我爸媽申請了綠卡. 他們的I130 和I485 均PENDING (收到了RECEIPT), 請問:
1. 在I130 和I485 均PENDING期間, 他們可以申請州政府的MEDICARE 嗎?
2. 如果在病情穩定後回國, 他們會丟失身份嗎? 他們的綠卡申請可以繼續嗎?
我現在在醫院心亂如麻. 非常感激各位!
