OPT's A# is not the A# you will get. They are different. After you sub mit your I-485, you will be assigned an A#. If you never apply I-485 before, you mostly don't have an A#. (I have OPT A# attached ICS when I applied my I-485, and I got a new A# when I received I-485 receipt which was totally different from OPT's A#).
