Xiaobaitu: Can I file I-485?

My wife's NIW and 485 are both pending.
My wife's Eb1a 140 has been approved.
Can my wife file a second 485 based on Eb1a ?
Some attorney says that she can not file a second 485 because she has already filed 485.
