RE: name check with FBI for over two years

Dear Respectful First Lady Mrs. Laura Bush,

I am writing this mail to request your kindest assistance in resolving my pending FBI name check, which adversely delayed my immigration petition with US Citizenship and Immigration Service.

My adjustment of status petition (I-485) was filed in */2005. Now, the USCIS/Texas Service Center has reached same petition filed in */2006. Yet, my I-485 petition is pending due to the seriously delayed name check from the FBI.

This delay is adversely affecting my employment and as I am actively involved in University’s research efforts and I am unable to apply for grants that require permanent resident status. It also creates tremendous distress for me and my family. I humbly request your assistance in expediting the pending name check from FBI. I am herewith providing all the information with respect to my petition. I really appreciate your assistance in this matter.
