I called them to request them to speed up processing my cases yesterday. The assistant told me that the best way is to provide them with a complete set of documents. Under current situation, they don't have time to answer the questions. I was told that there are over 1000 I-485 cases in processing. But they promised to send out all the applications the earliest possible time.
