There was a LUD last week. nothing happened since. I called twice. First time she didn't want to listen to me, just told me to check the website for status. Second time she told me that again, I was angry, told her I know what the status says, and I don't want to see the damn website. I want to know more about why nobody was processed. we waited too long. she said they are working on them, and it takes time. FU**K!!!
