usually, your company wouldn't revoke your 140 unless there was an ugly big fight, or you are in very bad luck
2。即使用現在140的PD，PERM及140 是否還得重頭來?
if you leave your company for good, yes you would apply another perm and 140 in order to port your own pd.

apparently you can not port your spouse's eb3 pd to your eb2 485.
