I-140 pending , filing I-485, should I go for promium process fo

I-140 processing in NSC is up to Spet 15, 2006 and I filed in Feb, 2007.
Filing I-485 now, if I-485 can not get approved before I-140 approval,
should I go for promium processing for I-140?
