急問 I-134, Affidavit of Suppot 如何填表 ？

1。 我是主申請人 support my own famly of three all in the US and my wife is worikg with her own H-1B, How many I-134 I need file ? each form for
each person or just one?
2. Do I need fill my wife as wholly or partially dependent ? or just not select---she has a profetional job as well.
