nonimmigrant visa number

I'm trying to fill 485 by myself to save some money... Friends, thanks for your inputs.


On part 3 of 485, there are following blanks. what should i fill?


1) Nonimmigrant visa number.

What number is this? should I fill anything or leave it blank?


2) consulate where visa was issued.

Mine is H1b mailed to my attorney and then to me. I did not go to the consulate to get it. Should I not fill this?



3) Date visa was issued.

Again, should I leave it blank?
