1) Should I and my wife file separate I-485 respectively? I'm the primary applicant (main applicant) and my wife is secondary.

2) Application type: should I choose a) and my wife choose b)?

a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been prroved..........

b. my spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative satus for spouses and children.
