file 140 upgrade to PP and 485 together question

Hi, my 140 is pending at TSC now, RD 3/24/06. my boss agreed to help premium processing this pending 140 now. So I'd like to upgrade my 140 to PP, and file 485 at the same time. My lawyer insisted on sending 485 to TSC. (I tried to persude him to send it to NSC first, but failed.)

my question is: I can't bind 140 to 485 together while filing, right? My understanding is I140 upgrade should be directed to TSC Premium Processing center enen if I485 goes to TSC adress which appears on 140 receipt notice, right?
