I864填表疑問請教

老公申請EB2, I-140pending,現提交1-485，我也隨著一起交1-485和864表。有幾個問題I864填表請教：
1。part2, Information on the principle immigrant. 是填我的信息還是我老公的信息。
2。part3,Information on the immigrant you are sponsoring. 應該選第8項：I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2 above. 還是第9項: I am sponsoring the following members.....
3. part4, item 19: citizenship/Residency.選項有citizen, national, permanet resident. 沒有一個符合，該怎麽辦？
4。 並沒有看到需要公證員的地方，是否需要公證呢？如果需要，公證員應該在哪兒簽名。
