XiaoBaiTu: Help on this please

Two days after I filed AP, I found that my 140 and 485 are rejected so I cancelled my personal check for AP immediately. Then USCIS sent me a letter saying that if they do not receive the AP application fee ($170) plus penalty ($30) within 14 days then

1) my application will automatically be rejected
2) the debt ($170+$30) to the united states of America will still be due, and the Government may take legal action to collect the debt.

I am so scared by the letter...

What Should I do?
