填 I-485 表的問題，--Shoul I say Yes ?

Part 3:
Have you ever before applied for permaent resident statues in the US ?

I filed for Lab. in old system in 2002 and give it up before approval.
Then changed work to this new company and filed for PERM -approved and I-140 is pending.

Should I say Yes or No ?
any impact to my filing now ? Thanks !!!
