XBT等高手:G-28表

XBT:謝謝昨天的回答,關於解雇律師自己申請485。
今天下載了G-28，可是覺得好像是雇傭律師代表的表格。可我還是試著填了。有幾個問題麻煩你：
1、petitioner or applicant or beneficiary?
2、下個部分裏我選了‘4.others(explain fully)' I said 'I'm representing myself in the application to adjust to permanent residence.'可以了嗎？
3、接下來的‘name of attorney or representative'是不是不用填了，因為我自己代表自己？
