I just got GC, my daughter age 13, living in China with my parent, question:
1,Can i get her come to US, by B or F1 visa, then file I824 for her?
2,if my parent no longer to be able to take care of her, as the only guardian of her, what is the best way to have her living with me during the processing of I824.
