Just got my attorney's answer about "what if not get stamped". The attorney says " I-485 RFE will be difficult to reply".

So frustrated, if the inspector did not stamp my passport when landing by car which seems the normal case, how could we insist the inspector to stamp? Some message on this forum indicates it is not good to argue too much with inspector. Should I landing or not?
