麻煩各位告訴一下A#應該到哪兒找?

我的H1B和140表上麵都沒有A#,現在要填寫485,不知如何填寫A#. 還有我LG用的是OPT,明年1月份到期,應該現在申請EAD還是晚些比較好.關於AP,如果明年5月份打算回去的話,能不能現在與485一起申請AP. 非常感謝!
