請問小白兔等大俠，EAD填表的疑問

我485 pending. 去年申請過EAD,到這個月底就過期了.我並沒有用它工作.現在我想申請一張新的,.
那麽在填表的時候.第一個問題:
I am applying for:
1) permission to accetp emplyment
2)replacement ( of lost employment authourization document)
3)Renewal of my permission to accept employment (attach previous employment authorization document)

我是應該選1 還是 3 ?
