Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. I140 and I485 co-filed: 09/27/2007 at VSC
1st FP: Nov, 2005
I140 AD: March, 2006
Name Check cleared: Aug, 2006 (got response letter from Senator’s office)
Case transferred to TSC on 03/15/2007
2nd FP: May 5, 2007
After PD current (06/01/2007), called TSC immediately, being told 2nd FP was clear but case was waiting for being assigned to a VO for review.
Two weeks later called USCIS customer service center, asking sending a Service Inquiry to TSC.
Last week, wrote a letter to the Director of TSC with my I-485 receipt attached.
Yesterday, got approval!!!!
