I am working under the OPT-EAD, it will get expired in Sept. I am going to file 485 with my hu*****and in Jul.
1. Can I continue ligally work after filing 485 till Sept?
2. If 485 was still pending in Aug, I am going to file OPT--> H4 before my OPT expired. Do I need to report the status change to some agency due to my pending 485.
3.File 485 and OPT-->H4, which action should be earlier? what is the ad and disadvantage associated with?
4.If 485 is denied before H4 was approved, will that invalidate H4 application? What is the status then, will it be out of status?
