Can I know when was you receipt date? from which center, NSC?

My two cents -
(1) meeting reward may not have enough weight, unless you can prove this is the top conference in your area.
(2) you can ask your advisor to request the Journal editor give you an acknowledgement.
(3) is doable, ask for more reference letters overseas, like from europe.
