The way is (1) Ask your father to go to his company ("dan wei" in China) and ask the department of human resources to write a statement indicating the father-son or daughter relationship between you. (2)Your father has to bring this statement to police station who will write the 2nd statement. (3) Your father will bring the 2nd statement to notary office. The notary office will issue you a birth certificate only if they see the statement provided by police. Are you clear now?
