Incomplete-Next Immunization ?

I went to get my vaccination and blood test done, today I got the certificate of immunization, but the nurse check the box for :

INCOMPLETE-NEXT IMMUNIZATION IS DUE 7/20/07.

I think that means I need go back for more shots, but my appointment with the civil physician is on 7/10/07, do I need to finish all shots then I can go to the immigration doctor for I-693?

Please please help....
