Be patient.You may receive it soon. If you don't need

the receipt right now, approval notice is enough in the future;if you do need the receipt right now,please discuss with your international office,they may give you some copies such as the Fedax track record,check number etc. to prove the USCIS has received your case, or they may ask the USCIS to re-send one.
