485 Q ---> CPT + 出生公正

各位大蝦：

curricular practice training - should I add the company as one 'previous employer ' or just ignore it?

出生公正 -Is a copy of '出生公正' from China sufficient ? ( it has English translation and notarized in China ) or I have to get it notarized here again?
