兩個律師誰說的對？485 pending期間H1延期問題。

１４０批了，４８５今年初遞上，尚無消息，馬上快半年了．
現在要延期H1B, 這是第８年延期了．我們的律師說，可一下延三年，可另一個同是做移民的律師朋友說，不可能延三年，應該是一年．

因為１４０已經批了，而且４８５是current, 不是勞工卡批了，１４０，４８５沒名額，等半年以上．

不知哪個律師說的對？
