急問xiaobaitu，忘了填ar-11 report地址改動，會有多嚴重的後果

我中間有次地址變動，沒有填ar-11，而且我還用了這次改動的地址file perm，這樣如果被發現，後果很嚴重嗎？我還能現在補填一個ar-11來彌補嗎？
急問啊
