XiaoBaiTu and others, can Singaporean H1B1 holder file I-485?

My hu*****and is holding a Singaporean H1B1 now and it'll expire on May 2007. My I-485 is pending and I-140 was approved on Sep, 2005. I knew that he couldn't file his own employment based immigration visa. I wonder whether he can join to file his I485 as my spouse. Anybody know it please reply me. Thank you very very much!!!
