Have you ever been a member of, or in any way affiliated with, the Communist Party or any other totalitarian party?

鄭重呼喚版上已通過485的同仁recall, 你們當時是如何填這項的。

如果曾經是團員，應該算“in any way affiliated with”吧。

Same question for Part 3C, the list of the organization/association/fund/
foundation/party/club/society since 16th birthday.
