It's very sad discussion to all of us who grew up in the sunshine of stepmother ccp and under the red flags dyed by blood of 40M.
Although I'm not a ccp member I was also brainwashed and it's hard for me to equate most of ccp members to terrorists.
If I were a ccp 485 filer, my answer would be "No".
My argument is that you would NOT apply 485 in the first place if you want to be a so called real ccp made of steel with true color. Again, this I-485 form or Bourgeoisie Imperial American Green Card is NOT for a Red Bolshevik.
If your answer is "yes" now, like the respected XiaoBaiTu recommended, it would seal a local office i/v. During the i/v, you still need to make a story, which is not good for a real honest ccp made of steel with true color.
Every time when i think about the last words that every ccp have to swear: "I will never betray my party", chills run up and down my spine.
