請問Xiaobaitu: 有I140沒批但收到I485approval案例嗎?

聽朋友說：“有人I140 and I485 同時 file. 結果140還沒批，485就批了"
這可能嗎？
我問了lawyer, lawyer說 I140 and I1485 are totally independent?
請問批I485前是否要 check I140 批沒批?
