yellow sheet after you finished all the business with the immigration office and paid 6 US dollars, you showed it to the "police" outside the building, then you were allowed to pick up your car, was it right? So, it was merely a "document" showing that you have passed through the immigration and could enter US legally. I would not worried about that yellow sheet.
