十萬火急: 出生地填錯了!!!

I found that I made a mistake about the birth place, I put 'Yangzhou' for all the forms; while in my birth certificate, it is 'Jiangdu'. 'Jiangdu' 是 'Yangzhou' 下屬的市，一個是從屬的縣級市,一個是地級市.
Do we need to correct that, or it will give us big trouble?
