I-824 had better file with I-485 to avoid delay

If you file I-824 for your beneficiary after you file your I-485, your I-824 may be rejected because USCIS may ask you to it after your I-485 approval. So better file it CONCURRENTLY with your I-485 to avoid any delay for your beneficiary's immigration through CP.(see I-485 instruction)
