I-485填表：A#要填以前被拒的485上的A#嗎？另一問題（見內）

以前申請Eb1a被拒。現在用通過的Eb2申請485，在
“Have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.?”
填的Yes. 但是如何回答
“If you checked "Yes," give date and place offiling and final disposition.”
我的final disposition寫的是the linked I-140 (Eb1a) was declined. 不知道合不合適？有好的建議嗎？謝謝。
